i-Comm

Today’s digital communications are responsible for keeping people connected and getting critical work completed across scores of industries and fields. As new technologies emerge and greater demands for quick connectivity are presented, the need to enhance digital communications is clear, and is a primary goal for the i-Comm platform. Focusing on the enhancement of B2B and B2C communications, the platform offers higher speed and greater efficiency through key organization and presentation of data. Vayen’s i-Comm challenge has centered on the need to create a working version of the program for Mac OS X while keeping the atmosphere and server-side engineering genuine and original.

Reaching scores of professionals and home users every day, i-Comm has established itself as a prime way to overcome many of the obstacles of modern digital communication. But without fully-equipped Mac compatibility, many of i-Comm’s potential users are left out of the loop. Vayen’s close attention to detail and fluency with complex server-side technologies has made it possible to develop a version of this exciting platform that meets the needs of the Macintosh OS X operating system. With this expansion of i-Comm’s consumer reach, it’s easier than ever to coordinate business communications and get ahead of the competition.

What Vayen did.

Working with a powerful and flexible digital communications platform should be an easy and fluid experience, and i-Comm has shown that it’s able to produce breezy functionality and ease-of-use in its original versions. Charged with keeping these crucial elements intact while also taking care to preserve the look and feel of i-Comm’s extant versions, Vayen was confronted with considerable yet exciting challenges during the course of this project.

Understanding the complexities of the Macintosh OS X operating system and producing a platform precisely modeled to meet its specifications are tasks that require both experience and an innovative spirit, elements that Vayen keeps close to the heart of every project it undertakes. To effectively port the working server-side technologies to a deliverable package compatible with OS X, Vayen took a deep look at the underlying structure and functionality of i-Comm. Bridging this structure and functionality with new operating system requirements meant grasping and transporting every last line of appropriate code, a painstaking process that nevertheless highlights Vayen’s aptitude for projects that demand excellence to the last detail.

The visual environment of i-Comm was also slated for transport to OS X, a challenge that required a deep understanding of the various graphical and code-based elements in i-Comm’s original composition. Vayen was able to ensure that the look and feel of the digital communications platform was preserved during the development process, resulting in a final product that both worked and looked as good as the original developers had intended. Enabling a program -and especially one as complex as i-Comm’s communications platform– to cross operating systems with ease is something that can only be achieved with the talent and diligent work of experienced programmers and design specialists. Through the successful release of i-Comm for Mac OS X, Vayen earned considerable recognition for its demonstrated ability and agility in both the technical and visual spheres.
