What happened to my 2.99$?

We bought some books, cat litter and ate some swiss cheeseburgers thanks to those 2.99$s.

We're all students living abroad. One would lie if he says Zurich is the perfect student city. Although ETH is a state university, and tuition fees are not as high as many colleges in the States, we still need to pay rent and buy something to eat and spend some time with our significant others. Vayen is our sole source of income.

Long story short, thanks to you, we're able to continue our graduate studies.

We have 3 prerequisites that we look in a new project/platform. It needs to be fun to develop, prestigious and have a decent business plan. At least 2 of these 3 should be met.

So far, only Apple could keep up to our standards, and we're quite happy that they did. Thanks to them; we love our jobs because instead of hassling whether an app will work on the latest cell phone, or whether a font is embedded, we just 'engineer' applications, not 'find ways'.

It's not easy to pay rent for an office as 4 students, so right now we're all homing from office (or was it working from home?). We hold our short meetings at nearest coffee shop or better yet online.

Our hope is that its going to change. Once you tell all your friends about how good and sincere and honest we are, hopefully they'll all buy our apps and we'll have enough money to buy more books. Hey first education, then the office!
